Stress less in 10

I know things might be a little stressful at the moment so I have written several ways to de-stress in less than 10 mins! Taking a little break from the day can be very beneficial.

  • Listen to your favourite music
  • Listen to your favourite podcast
  • Go for a walk outside
  • Stretch
  • Meditate Read a chapter of a book
  • Go for a bike ride
  • Write in a journal
  • Write down 10 things you are grateful for
  • Doodle or draw
  • Call a friend
  • Call a family member
  • Disconnect from technology
  • Look at happy photographs
  • Watch a fun youtube video
  • Try slow breathing
  • Lie down and close your eyes
  • Read inspirational quotes
  • Spend time with your pets
  • Practice yoga poses
  • Sit in the sun
  • Watch the rain
  • Pick some flowers
  • Take a shower
  • Kick a ball around
  • Squeeze a stress ball
