Booking Space as a Society

If you would like to book an SU room - the Union Hall, Gallery, Boardroom, Meeting room or a stall in the Union Square, then read on. Click here if you want to book a university space.

As a member of a Society, you will need to use the Room Booking Request Form. This does not make a booking, but enables us to consider your request.

No booking will be regarded as confirmed until a confirmation email has been sent to the person making the booking.

Before submitting a request, please check that the space that you want to book is available at the time you want by using the calendars below. Use the drop down menu accessed by the downward arrow icon in the top right of the calendar window to select which calendars to view.


A room booking form will be emailed to all committee members at the start of August, this form will be open for 2 weeks. During this time please submit all your semester one room requirements. These will be juggled and (to the best of our ability) allocated union space. If we receive requests after this deadline, they will be processed as normal (that is to say if we have availability).
