Stress Less 2020

We know this time of year is tough at University. Tensions and stresses are high - We’ve moved to online teaching, exams and assessments are here and we are facing some challenging, uncertain times. Stress Less is an annual campaign and this year it had a slight twist! Due to the current situation, we took the campaign 100% online, bringing all the workshops, activities and events straight to you, meaning you could stay home, stay safe and hopefully stress less!

We ran a 2 week programme from workshops on time mastery, preparing for a tough job market and how to get a better night’s sleep to guided mindfulness, yoga and fitness classes. Missed some of the workshops? Don’t worry, the workshop facilitators have kindly made a bunch of their resources available for you to go through in your own time!

Remember, if you’re feeling overwhelmed or things are getting a bit too much for you please ask for help. If you need any support on managing your wellbeing, then the Student Welfare Team are still here to help.
