It's a petition about paying university fee in installments instead of paying full fee upfront. Under such unusual circumstances, such as covid 19 and constant lockdown.

Many International students has faced difficulties in settling down. Hence, it effected their budget substantially. Therefore, we want university to understand our situation and acknowledge our financial constraints and accept the condition of paying fee in installments in order to support their students, and to show solidarity.
